Routely LLC provides the application technology. Before you submit an application, we will identify the courier business considering your application and explain its role. That business would be responsible for any offer, engagement agreement, compensation, and delivery assignments.

How the application works

Review the opportunity and the business — See which courier business is considering your application and review the Applicant Terms and Applicant Privacy Notice.

Share your application details — Provide your contact information, preferred service areas, and relevant eligibility information. Driving and vehicle documents may be requested when needed for further review.

Complete any separately authorized screening — Before a consumer background or driving-record report is requested, you will receive separate disclosures and an authorization to review and sign. Submitting an application alone does not authorize a report.

Receive an update — Review times vary. Additional information may be requested, or your application may remain on a waitlist. An application or completed screening does not authorize you to begin deliveries.

Before you apply

You must be at least 18 years old. Requirements for a particular opportunity may include a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle and services, current vehicle registration, suitable insurance, and relevant training.

Meeting the application age requirement does not establish eligibility for every vehicle, insurance policy, or delivery service.

Compensation and expenses

The contracting business will describe compensation, payment timing, expenses, equipment, and insurance responsibilities in a separate written agreement before you accept an engagement.

This application does not promise minimum earnings, weekly payments, fuel or maintenance reimbursement, insurance benefits, or equipment.
